Joel and I always looked forward to your California visits because we would be reunited with our “Partner in Wheeeee! ☺” You know that feeling you get when you’re in the midst of doing something incandescently fun and exciting like riding a rollercoaster!? Well, the happy sensation that feeling evokes is “Wheeeee! ☺” and whenever you were around Joel and I would get to bask in it. Do you remember some of these fun adventures we had:
- Staying up until midnight to line up with the little kids at Barnes and Noble to be among the first to get a copy of the latest Harry Potter book! Racing home and reading until the wee hours of the morning.
- Playing MarioKart and creating Wii Mii's on the Wii.
- Tearing open the box to my very first Macbook and kicking the PC to the curb!
- Relishing our foodie experience at Chez Panisse and Aquarello. Savoring every bite of the best dim sum in LA and Joel’s home cooked meals. Enjoying high tea at the Ritz, drooling over the goodies at the Ferry Building, eating sushi at Ebisu, scouting out the most authentic Thai food, and always ordering dessert!
- Getting inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit in San Francisco.
- Yelping, Blurbing, Skyping, Blogging and Twittering! Oh my!
